Working closely with the developer throughout the design and documentation stages prior to construction, Phoenix was able to assist in buildability, value for money and provide our expert industry experience to meet the developers requirements and maximize returns whilst maintaining a quality outcome.

Constructed throughout 2017 & 2018 over a nine-month period, we were able to deliver two beautiful townhouses, working closely with our subcontractors, featuring Tasmanian Timbers & locally sourced products.
