Commencing in 2022, Phoenix CDS began the construction of a new architectural dwelling located in Blackmans Bay. Collaborating closely with the architect and clients, we successfully delivered a modern and functional home that fully met the clients’ needs, style preferences, and desired finishes. Throughout the project, we carefully managed site access limitations, adhered to the targeted price point, and optimized the usability of all living spaces. Unique features, such as the in-house designed and custom-created concrete benchtops, contributed to achieving modern, practical finishes while ensuring excellent value for money.
