Phoenix was able to assist in buildability, value for money and provide our expert industry experience to meet the developers requirements and maximize returns whilst maintaining a quality outcome.

Constructed throughout 2015 over a ten-month period, we were able to deliver two beautiful townhouses, working closely with our subcontractors, featuring Tasmanian Timbers & locally sourced products.
