Designed by Matt Williams Architects, Phoenix undertook commencement of construction on this beautiful home in 2014. Utilizing a plethora of Tasmanian & Australian sourced timber products through the internal & external areas of the home, this waterfront property located in Howden is breathtaking.

Working closely with the client throughout the construction, we were able to exceed expectations and deliver a finish product that conforms and compliments the nature that surrounds it.
