Phoenix CDS undertook the construction of six new townhouses for a local developer in late 2023, working closely with this developer throughout 2023 with preliminary budgets, design and constructability feedback we where able to provide value in minor design changes to both interior and exterior finishes to be able to deliver a well sought after product in the real estate market. Utilising modern construction techniques and multiple work crews we where able to minimise the construction timeline for the client as well as reducing the impact felt by the tenants in the existing front dwelling. Working closely with the project architects, engineers and local council we overcome a number of design and statutory limitations to bring this project to life.
